Policy:

Peter Plastics is committed to total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement through fulfillment of customer’s requirements, regulatory standard, quality products & services and effective manufacturing processes.

Objectives:

  • Maintain 100% on time delivery
  • Maintain Customer Return by less than 0.05% for aerospace and automotive plastic injection parts, 5000 ppm (0.5%) for all others parts and products otherwise.
  • General customer satisfactory score shall be at least 80%, at least 90% for aerospace and automotive devices customers.
